Museum of Contemporary ART
The concept of this house is about merging natural and abstract forms to create a unique architectural piece that balances between artificiality and nature. The shape of the building resembles fractured pieces of rock or crystal, as if its facets were carved by nature itself. Sharp, geometrically precise lines and angles create an impression of dynamism and instability, while simultaneously demonstrating the power and stability of the structure.
The house, with its faceted surfaces, reflects and refracts light, creating an intriguing play of shadows, making it appear different each time. This is reminiscent of the unpredictability and diversity of natural landscapes. The interior space is designed to contrast with the “rough” exterior shell — it should be calm, cozy, and sheltered, evoking a sense of comfort and security.
The main idea is to convey a sense of raw natural force transformed into elegant architecture. The building is a kind of dialogue between man and nature, where elements crafted by the architect seamlessly blend with those that appear natural and familiar, as if they had always existed.
